1. Rules and Regulations 

   Registration and Eligibility

   *Participate by registering yourself after reading the terms and conditions carefully.
   *The application should be between Girls 18 To 30 and Married 21 and above.
   *Applicant should be unmarried married divorced separated of widow holding valid passport or national any ID.
   Selection will be on Telephonic Interview or Photograph or video bite or Refer By our Directors.
   Applicant will be required to produce their Age Proof Passport /Driving licence/ Birth Certificate if they ask.
   *Applicant must agree to abide by all rules, as changed from time to time by the organizers.
   Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to, during or after participation.

   Event Participation

   *During official activities candidate will not be allowed to smoke or use alcoholic beverages or drugs.
   The applicant will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout as per Schedule given.
   *The organizers are not responsible if the sponsors do not make good the prizes promised by them.
   *The organizers are not responsible for any loss or physical injury that occurs to the applicant on account of their participation in the event.
   *The schedule of events and qualification rounds are subject to change at the discretion of the organizers.
   *The organizers are not responsible for non completion / non occurrence of the event In the event of any dispute, the organizers decisions are final and binding on the applicant.

   Disqualification

   *The organization is entitled to disqualify a candidate, without any compensation or Refund Fee, if the candidate is Behaving inappropriate or disrespectful toward the sponsors,/ candidate / staff of the organization.
   If the winner violates the rules and regulations shall have to pay the compensation as decided by the organization.

   Fees and Refunds

   *Registration or Grooming feed will not be returned or adjusted carry forward in any either not participation or visa rejection.
   *The fee is non-refundable if due to not getting permission doing the event in the host country or any other reason or organization not able to do the event in the same country or schedule time company will Host/transfer the event in another country.
   *All fees paid to the milestone Pageants Pageant are not refundable and not transferable in full or in part under any circumstances. This includes, but not limited to entry fees, advertising fees, application fees, program book ads, pageant admission tickets sales fees, guest meal fees, extra event fees, crown and sash fees, special award fees, and any other fees paid to Milestone Pageant by anyone including, but not limited to Contestants, Sponsor's Family Members and Advertisers.

   Titleholder Responsibilities

   *Contestants understand that if she selected a winner in her competition. That for one year her professional Affairs as said winner will be under the sole management of Milestone Pageants/or their licenses and she can not participate and the she will not give any written or oral endorsements commercially without the expressed permission of said same.
   *Contestant further acknowledges that all rights for any appearances, endorsements, speaking engagements, acting roles, etc. resulting from winning or being a contestant in any regional, state or international competition affiliated with Milestone Pageants shall belong exclusively to same.
   *During their reign, all Titleholders, Subtitle holders agree to be loyal to the Title Of Milestone Pageants and give their time and energy to their pageant title only.
   If the Title Holder Wants to Participate in any other event before his term Over (2 year) will have to surrender their Title crown Sache Prize to the organization if they will not surrender & participate organization will take back his Title Crown and Prize.
   *Applicant must never have, nor will she during her reign, pose for any photography, video, or film associated with any nudity or pornography.
